Matthew and Aimee Read began Home Care Connect to provide a low cost alternative to their full service agency, Loving Arms Elder Care. Over the years they have encountered many seniors in need of their services but could not afford the cost of care. This was very discouraging for them since the reason they starting Loving Arms was to provide high quality care for ALL seniors. When they learned about the consumer directed model offered by Care Family, they knew it was the perfect alternative to their full service agency and became a partner for the Philadelphia region.
Elise is our Community Liaison at Home Care Connect. Her responsibilities include assisting employers with the registration process and supporting them throughout the course of care services. She also works directly with the employees in establishing a profile, and applying for available jobs. As a member of the Loving Arms team, Elise understands the need for HCC and the opportunities it offers families and caregivers with flexible options.
